Russell Earl Kelly has a B. A. from Southern Missionary College and a Th. M. and Ph. D. in Theology from Covington Theological
Seminary. He is the author of three books and teaches with Dr. Guider at the Baptist International Bible Institute. He and
his wife Janice share three children and five grandchildren.
